Return Order
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day the items were received.
- 01 Start the return in the portal with the order details.
- 02 Buy and print the return label.
- 03 Hand in the parcel. The refund goes to the card used for the order once the return is received and accepted.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with tags.
Return shipping is at the customer's own expense.
For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts cannot be returned or exchanged.
