PRICE POLICY
All prices are stated in EUR.
All prices include a 25% VAT on orders to Europe.
Prices do not include delivery costs. Orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your expense.
PAYMENT
We accept payment from VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Mobilepay.
The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order.
In certain cases, items ordered may be out of stock. If this occurs for your order, you will be informed.
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order.
SHIPPING WITHIN DENMARK
Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders will be delivered within 7-12 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Delays may occur during busy periods and holidays. LAYLO cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or local customs authorities.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
LAYLO accepts returns and offers a 14-day return policy from the day you received your items.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, all sales of boxer shorts are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to accept returns on these items as we cannot verify whether they have been worn or not.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully check sizing and product details before making a purchase.

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received with tags. The cost of returning items is at your own expense. Once we have received the items and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
We will refund the amount to the credit card from which the items were purchased. This is to prevent the unauthorized use of stolen credit cards.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
While we strive to ensure that the website is accurate in all respects, we cannot guarantee that all available products in the LAYLO store are in stock when your order is processed.
In the event of stock shortages or incorrect information affecting your order, we will contact you promptly via email and provide you with the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act in Denmark, which provides you with 24 months to complain about a product.
This does not include defects caused by incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
In the event of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact LAYLO's customer service email, Hi@laylo.shop, including your order number, pictures of the complaint, and a description.
